Orders for experience tickets or sublime gift vouchers, placed before 2.30pm are despatched the same day and delivered to you by Australia Post. Orders placed after 2.30pm will be processed and despatched the next working day. Orders placed after 2.30pm Friday, or placed Saturday or Sunday will be processed and despatched on the next working day and delivered to you by Australia post.


HOW DO I FIND THE PERFECT GIFT?

Simply click on your preferred category. From here you can find detailed information on your chosen experience.
If you can't decide exactly which experience to give, you can choose our Sublime Gift Voucher which will allow the recipient to select their own experience of choice. You simply nominate the value of the voucher and they then redeem it on their chosen experience. This is the perfect gift idea if you can't decide on which specific experience to give.

CAN I BUY MULTIPLE GIFTS AT THE SAME TIME?

Yes. Whether you are buying for multiple recipients or creating the ultimate gift package for that one special person, you can purchase all of your gifts during one simple transaction. During the checkout process, you will be able tocustomize each gift, with a message for the recipient

WHO DECIDES THE BOOKING DATES?

The gift recipient chooses the date that best suits them. They simply supply the experience provider with at least 3 dates they wish to complete their experience when they ‘Book their Ticket’ online @ www.sublimegifts.com.au  Please note some experiences are restricted to specific times or days, if this is the case all details are made available on the experience detail page and is also provided to the recipient during the booking process. 

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE PERSON DOES NOT LIKE THE EXPERIENCE I HAVE CHOSEN FOR THEM?

You can exchange any un-booked experience you have been given for a different one. Un-booked experiences can be exchanged at any time prior to the Experience Ticket or Sublime Gift Voucher use by date FREE OF CHARGE once (see Terms and Conditions for full details). Booked Experiences however CAN NOT. Once you have booked your experience and received confirmation of the date and time of your experience from the supplier, you are bound by the terms and conditions of the supplier. ARE THERE ANY RESTRICTIONS THAT NEED TO BE CONSIDERED BEFORE PURCHASING AN EXPERIENCE?

Certain experiences have specific requirements for participation; such as age, height, weight, health limits or other factors. This information is provided on the experience detail pages, and is also provided to the recipient during the booking process). Sublime Gifts endeavors to include all restrictions and requirement information on each experience detail page; however, we do not take responsibility for any inaccuracies. Please contact us with any questions if you are unsure of certain restrictions for a specific experience. It is the responsibility of the recipient to comply with all necessary requirements prior to participating in a booked experience. Cancellations made as a result of the inability to meet the service provider’s requirements are non-refundable.

When you are finished shopping, simply click on "view cart" in the top navigation bar to view your shopping cart details. Assuming there are no changes, click Checkout and follow the steps to complete your purchase.

CAN I SEND A CUSTOMIZED MESSAGE WITH EACH GIFT I BUY?

Yes. You can include a customized message with every gift you purchase. This can be done during the checkout process on the shipping information page.

HOW DO I TRACK MY SHIPPED ORDER?

Once you have completed your order, you will receive an order confirmation email showing the details of your purchase. If you chose to ship a gift box, you will receive a shipping confirmation email once the package has shipped which will include your Australia Post tracking number.

HOW DO I BOOK MY SUBLIME GIFT EXPERIENCE?

Step 1: Go to www.sublimegifts.com.au
Step 2: Click on the "Book Ticket" button found on the top Right Hand Side of the ‘Home’ Page
Step 3: Follow the simple instructions to submit your desired experience and 3 preferred booking dates, and the experience supplier will confirm  to you directly your experience date.

Note: All bookings must be made through Sublime Gifts.

IS THERE AN USED BY DATE FOR MY SUBLIME GIFT EXPERIENCE OR GIFT CERTIFICATE?

Yes. Your Sublime Experience Ticket has and use by date of six months from the date purchased.

Your Sublime Gift Voucher has an use by date of 1 year from the date purchased.

You must Book your experience before the expiration date. However, please note, if you schedule your experience for a date after your expiration date, you will be responsible for any difference in price. The expiration date can be found in the information letter in your original gift package or at www.sublimegifts.com.au in your account summary.

CAN I EXTEND THE EXPIRATION DATE ON MY SUBLIME EXPERIENCE TICKET?

Yes. To extend the life of your Experience Ticket or Gift Voucher please contact a customer service representative at 1800 SUBLIME. Extensions must be requested 7 days prior to your original expiration date. All extensions will be subject to a $15 administrative fee and can be extended for a period of 6 months from the original expiration date. If your voucher is for a specific experience it will be converted to a Sublime Gift Voucher (based on the value of the original purchase minus the $15 administration fee) and you will be able to apply that amount towards the booking of any active experience listed on www.sublimegifts.com.au .Only one extension request is permitted per Experience Ticket or Sublime Gift Voucher.

CAN I COMBINE MULTIPLE SUBLIME GIFT VOUCHERS?

Yes. To combine multiple Sublime Gift Vouchers, simply select your chosen experiences, the total value of the experiences you wish to combine will be totaled, and can be used towards the booking of any experience.

WHAT IF I BOOK AN EXPERIENCE THAT IS LESS IN VALUE THAN MY CERTIFICATE?

Any remaining value will be issued in the form of a Sublime Gift Voucher. You will find this new voucher in your Account Summary and you will be able to apply it towards the booking of any experience on the website. The new voucher will have the same terms as the original.

WHAT DATES ARE AVAILABLE FOR MY EXPERIENCE?

Certain experiences are offered daily.  Others are offered only on specific dates or during specific seasons.  The dates available for each experience are found on the experience detail page.

DO YOU ALLOW FOR REFUNDS?

Yes! We are happy to make refunds on Experience Ticket or Sublime Gift Voucher bought direct from Sublime Gifts within 7 days of purchase. Refund preauthorization is required for all Sublime Experience Tickets and Sublime Gifts Vouchers and can be obtained by contacting Sublime Gifts Customer Service at customerservice@sublimegifts.com.au, or via phone at 1800 SUBLIME. No refunds shall be permitted once a Sublime Gift Experience is booked in accordance with booking conditions. CAN I EXCHANGE THE EXPERIENCE I'VE BEEN GIVEN FOR ANOTHER ONE?

Yes. You can exchange any un-booked experience you have been given for a different one. Unbooked experiences can be exchanged at any time prior to the Experience or Gift Certificate expiration date FREE OF CHARGE once only after that it can be done at a cost of $15.00 administration fee. Booked Experiences however CAN NOT. Once you have booked your experience and received confirmation of the date and time for your experience from the supplier you are bound by the terms and conditions of the supplier. WHAT IF THE NEW EXPERIENCE HAS A DIFFERENT COST?

If the experience you are exchanging for costs more than your original, you will be required to pay any difference in cost? If your chosen experience is lower in price, the difference will be held as credit to use against any future purchase. This credit can be used any time within a 6 month period and is non-refundable.  After the 6 month time period the credit amount will be deemed ‘Expired’. After credits have expired, they are no longer valid and all transaction attempts will be declined. Any unused value at the date of expiry will become the property of Sublime Gifts

WHAT IF I BOOK AN EXPERIENCE, BUT HAVE TO CANCEL?

Once you have received a booking confirmation, cancellations and rebooking will be allowed up to fourteen (14) days prior to the Experience, unless otherwise noted at w.sublimegifts.com.au  for a particular Experience.

MAY I TRANSFER MY EXPERIENCE TO SOMEONE ELSE?

Yes. During the booking process you must inform Sublime Gifts of the name and relevant contact information of the person to whom you are transferring to.

CAN I BRING ADDITIONAL PEOPLE TO MY EXPERIENCE?

Yes. Please inform us during the booking process if you would like to add people to your experience. Assuming the experience provider has availability on the day of your request, you will be able to add additional people at the current experience price.

Note that there are certain restrictions as to the maximum number of participants and spectators for each experience. These details can be found on each experience detail page.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE IS BAD WEATHER ON THE DAY OF MY EXPERIENCE?

Certain experiences are subject to weather conditions. In the case of questionable weather, please contact your experience provider at the number provided to you on your booking confirmation email.

IF MY GIFT EXPERIENCE TICKET OR GIFT VOUCHER HAS BEEN LOST OR STOLEN, WILL SUBLIME GIFTS REPLACE IT?

No. We will not replace lost or stolen gift certificates.
