Orders for experience tickets or sublime gift vouchers, placed before 2.30pm are despatched the same day and delivered to you by Australia Post. Orders placed after 2.30pm will be processed and despatched the next working day. Orders placed after 2.30pm Friday, or placed Saturday or Sunday will be processed and despatched on the next working day and delivered to you by Australia post.

You can exchange any un-booked experience you have been given for a different one. Un-booked experiences can be exchanged at any time prior to the Experience Ticket or Sublime Gift Voucher use by date FREE OF CHARGE once (see Terms and Conditions for full details). Booked Experiences however CAN NOT. Once you have booked your experience and received confirmation of the date and time of your experience from the supplier, you are bound by the terms and conditions of the supplier. Once you have completed your order, you will receive an order confirmation email showing the details of your purchase. If you chose to ship a gift box, you will receive a shipping confirmation email once the package has shipped which will include your Australia Post tracking number.

Yes. Your Sublime Experience Ticket has and use by date of six months from the date purchased.
Your Sublime Gift Voucher has an use by date of 1 year from the date purchased.
You must Book your experience before the expiration date. However, please note, if you schedule your experience for a date after your expiration date, you will be responsible for any difference in price. The expiration date can be found in the information letter in your original gift package or at www.sublimegifts.com.au in your account summary.
Yes. To extend the life of your Experience Ticket or Gift Voucher please contact a customer service representative at 1800 SUBLIME. Extensions must be requested 7 days prior to your original expiration date. All extensions will be subject to a $15 administrative fee and can be extended for a period of 6 months from the original expiration date. If your voucher is for a specific experience it will be converted to a Sublime Gift Voucher (based on the value of the original purchase minus the $15 administration fee) and you will be able to apply that amount towards the booking of any active experience listed on www.sublimegifts.com.au .Only one extension request is permitted per Experience Ticket or Sublime Gift Voucher.
Yes. To combine multiple Sublime Gift Vouchers, simply select your chosen experiences, the total value of the experiences you wish to combine will be totaled, and can be used towards the booking of any experience.
Any remaining value will be issued in the form of a Sublime Gift Voucher. You will find this new voucher in your Account Summary and you will be able to apply it towards the booking of any experience on the website. The new voucher will have the same terms as the original.
Certain experiences are offered daily. Others are offered only on specific dates or during specific seasons. The dates available for each experience are found on the experience detail page.
Yes! We are happy to make refunds on Experience Ticket or Sublime Gift Voucher bought direct from Sublime Gifts within 7 days of purchase. Refund preauthorization is required for all Sublime Experience Tickets and Sublime Gifts Vouchers and can be obtained by contacting Sublime Gifts Customer Service at customerservice@sublimegifts.com.au, or via phone at 1800 SUBLIME. If the experience you are exchanging for costs more than your original, you will be required to pay any difference in cost? If your chosen experience is lower in price, the difference will be held as credit to use against any future purchase. This credit can be used any time within a 6 month period and is non-refundable. After the 6 month time period the credit amount will be deemed ‘Expired’. After credits have expired, they are no longer valid and all transaction attempts will be declined. Any unused value at the date of expiry will become the property of Sublime Gifts
Once you have received a booking confirmation, cancellations and rebooking will be allowed up to fourteen (14) days prior to the Experience, unless otherwise noted at w.sublimegifts.com.au for a particular Experience.

Yes. During the booking process you must inform Sublime Gifts of the name and relevant contact information of the person to whom you are transferring to.
Yes. Please inform us during the booking process if you would like to add people to your experience. Assuming the experience provider has availability on the day of your request, you will be able to add additional people at the current experience price.
Note that there are certain restrictions as to the maximum number of participants and spectators for each experience. These details can be found on each experience detail page.
Certain experiences are subject to weather conditions. In the case of questionable weather, please contact your experience provider at the number provided to you on your booking confirmation email.
No. We will not replace lost or stolen gift certificates.
